Radici & Rami offers gastronomic consulting and culinary direction for restaurants, hotels, resorts and quality-focused groups.

My work is strategic and aimed at the development of culinary identity and concept, menu engineering, and the strategy and evolution of all food services, from breakfast to room service. I work on kitchen organization, support and mentor the resident chef, and provide training for kitchen teams.

I also assist in the launch of new projects and the repositioning of existing ones.
